Mimobot StarWars Series 2 Preview

We’ve shown plenty of Mimobot designer jump drives on the site in the past, and while the company’s usual fare of kawaii Japanese monsters are decently cute, our greatest enthusiasm tends to be roused by the company’s Star Wars line. Series 1 of the licensed issues featured Darth, Chewy, R2-D2 and Stormtroopers on Mimobot’s standard bear-like body molding. The newly announced Star Wars Series 2 expands on the theme significantly with even bigger characters and individually designed body moldings.
Leia, Luke, Han, and Boba compose the second issuing, currently available for pre-order and scheduled to ship in January-February 2008. The new designs feature unique body molds, like the bumps for Leia’s hair, and customized protector caps, like the helmet that covers Boba Fett’s face when attached.
1-GB, 2-GB, and 4-GB sizes will be available, priced at $49.95, $69.95, and $109.95, respectively.
