Beowulf Game Canceled

In March of 2006, German game developer 4Head Studios announced it was working with graphics producer 3D-IO to create a videogame based on the epic tale of Beowulf.
Fast forward to late 2007 and the release of Paramount Pictures’ Beowulf film, accompanied by Ubisoft’s exclusive tie-in game of the same name, and the Beowulf-themed videogame arena starts to look a bit crowded.
So today 4Head (now part of DTP Entertainment) announced that its Beowulf project is no more. The company sold its trademarks, web domains and other assets related to the game to Paramount.
